We are thinking about having orientations for prospective students. So far Sofia and myself normally talk to everybody individually, which is very time consuming and most of what people ask pretty much the same questions.

I think it makes sense to have 2 days a week, lets say, Tuesday and Thursday 6-7 pm allocated for talking to a group. Whoever cannot make it will be able to schedule an individual appointment.
